A Rough Night

Mallory had a rough night last night. She is on an increased amount of blood pressure medication. It is still too low. Her right side is still having problems pumping and circulating the blood to the lungs. There could be a few things going on so they have decided a heart catherization is the best route to go to determine what the problem is. Her kidneys are working just fine, and she no longer has a fever. Those are two positives in this whole situation. She will hopefully go into the cath lab between 8 and 9 this morning.

I know you all are saying prayers for Mallory, please keep doing so! :)

There are more than two positives with Mallory, there are all the prayers of everyone back here and all you have met along the way! God wouldn't give here that heart and then let it fail now! Keep up that positive outlook. We are all praying for you. Stay strong and keep fighting.

Through my happy tears, and the tears I am shedding because I know what you are going through right now - I will be praying for you all. Please know how much she is loved by SO many people and how many positive thoughts are being sent your way.

I found Mallorys story by catching up on Averys progress. Jesse asked us to pray for mallory. I looked at her cute little picture and I'm hooked. A friend and I at work talk about Mallorys progress everyday. Even complete strangers are praying and pulling for your little girl. Can't wait until the day that both Avery and Mallory can go home!

OK little tornado. Anyone who carries their IV bag around in a shopping cart at your age is a very strong little person and I know you're going to be fine. Mommy told me she didn't know how she was going to keep up with you when you got your new heart. You get well and prove Mommy right. Our thoughts and prayers are with you guys.

Scott and Wendy,
We're all praying!!! Try not to worry and keep thinking positive thoughts...this is the hard part as my friend Nicole (Anna's Auntie) just told me here at work...she said, it will get better so I wanted to tell you that too.... Mallory is a fighter, she's proved that already! One little step at a time : )

Love you all, it's going to be okay!

If there is ever a time when God is bombarded with prayers, I think that time is now. Your story is so touching and makes us all realize how lucky we are. Keep taking those little baby steps, Mallory and before long you will be running those halls! Wendy & Scott--you are so lucky to have each other for support. You are both wonderful people. Mallory's guardian angel is working overtime and will get her thru these difficult days. We must also remember to pray for the family who lost their little one, so Mallory may live. Stay strong, Mueller family. We are thinking about you and praying for you....Bob & Kathy Bruns
